Ladies Hair and Beauty Training Academy (LHBTA) is a London-based Social Enterprise dedicated to training in the hair and beauty sector.  We provide learners with the opportunity to return to workforce upon completion of their NVQ3 program by allowing them the opportunity to rent floor space with us enabling them to work in the capacity of a freelance contractor up to 12 months, under the support of a business hub.

As Salon Hijab Academy has grown, we have become quite concerned as we are creating a pool of beauticians and hairdressers with no further progression upon completion of their courses. This would mean that those learners would once again return back to the benefit system, therefore we felt it necessary to put together an End of Point Learning Enterprise.
